Our mission is to serve the residents of the South Shore area of PEI (about a 10 km radius around Crapaud). If you have moved to this area, or if you do not have a family doctor, we will be happy to accept you and your family as patients.  Please call our office and explain your situation to our staff.  To save time during your first visit, please take a moment and complete a short history form, which you can download and print from our resources page.

As needed

The daytime clinics from Monday to Friday are by appointment, and we ask that you call ahead for non-urgent appointments. The office and phone lines open at 9:00 am on weekdays (except Tuesdays when the phone lines open at 11:00 am) and close at 4:00 pm. It would be helpful for you to know that appointment requests are classified according to the type of problem you are experiencing. This allows the appropriate time to be scheduled for your appointment. If at any time you feel an emergency has arisen, please tell us so that prompt action may be taken.  We reserve a number of daily appointment slots for such problems.

We try our best to stay on schedule. Sometimes an emergency will arise, causing delays in the schedule. We ask for your understanding in this matter. Please assist us by being on time for your appointment. If you have other family members you would like seen, please call ahead.

Kindly give us 24 hours notice for canceled appointments. This will allow us to be of service to other patients. Canceled appointments without notice are subject to a cancellation charge.
